Dashboards, tables, and data sources belong to the workspace, not to the person who created them. This keeps everyone's work accessible to the whole team, even as members come and go.
"I made it" doesn't mean "I own it"
It's easy to assume that creating a dashboard or table makes it yours, the way a file on your own computer would be. Dashbreeze doesn't work that way — what you can do with something is decided entirely by your role, not by whether you made it.
Creating something only sets who Dashbreeze credits as the creator. It doesn't grant you exclusive control — a teammate with the right role can still view, edit, or delete it.
The workspace's Owner role is the only kind of ownership that actually grants control — and it applies to the workspace itself, its subscription and settings, not to any dashboard or table specifically.
What happens when a member leaves or is removed
When someone leaves a workspace, or is removed from it, only their membership is affected — it's simply no longer editable by the person who left.

What happens when a workspace is deleted
Deleting a workspace removes everything in it, permanently and all at once:

Every table
Every data source
