Google API Services

Dashbreeze offers optional integrations with Google services to help you authenticate your account and build dashboards from your own data. These integrations are only used when you explicitly choose to connect your Google account and authorize access. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Google Sign-In

Dashbreeze allows you to create and access your account using Google Sign-In. When you choose this option, we receive basic account information from Google, such as your name, email address, and profile information, to create and authenticate your Dashbreeze account. We use this information only to provide account authentication, maintain account security, and associate your account with your Dashbreeze workspaces. We do not access your Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, or other Google services unless you separately authorize those integrations.

Google Sheets

When you connect your Google account, Dashbreeze only accesses the Google Sheets spreadsheets that you explicitly choose to use. We use this access solely to read spreadsheet data for building dashboards. We never create, modify, or delete spreadsheets or their contents.

Google Analytics

When you connect your Google account, Dashbreeze requests access to the Google Analytics accounts and properties you authorize. This access is used exclusively to read analytics data for building dashboards. We never modify, delete, or write data to your Google Analytics properties.

Dashbreeze's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide the features you request and never sell or use it for advertising purposes.

Data retention

Dashbreeze retains your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain the security and integrity of our platform.

Account information is retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period after account deletion when necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Dashboard data, uploaded files, connected data sources, and other content you create or import into Dashbreeze are retained while your workspace is active. When you request deletion of your account or workspace, we will take reasonable steps to remove or anonymize this information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Information stored in backups may remain for a limited period after deletion due to technical processes. Backup data is protected and is not used for purposes other than restoration, security, and operational continuity.

Certain records, such as billing information, transaction records, and security logs, may be retained for longer periods when required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes.

If you have questions about how long your personal information is retained or would like to request deletion of your data, please contact us at [email protected].

Other sites and services

The Service may include links to websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. These links and integrations do not imply endorsement or affiliation with any third party. We do not exercise control over online services operated by third parties, and we disclaim responsibility for their actions. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any other online services you choose to use.

How we safeguard the personal data we collect from you

All data transmitted from our servers to your browser is encrypted using SSL/TLS, and our database backups are similarly secured. We implement a robust combination of technical, organizational, and physical safeguards to protect the personal information we collect. While we take extensive measures to secure your data, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

Account deletion

In DashBreeze, we provide you with the option to delete your account. When the account deletion process is initiated, all associated data is promptly and permanently removed from our servers. This includes any data shared with other subprocessors. Please note that once the deletion is complete, the data becomes unrecoverable. Certain information may be retained when required by law or to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.

DashBreeze is operated from Brazil. To provide and improve our services, we may use third-party service providers (subprocessors) that process personal information in countries other than Brazil. As a result, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions where these service providers operate. We take reasonable measures to ensure that international data transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including implementing appropriate safeguards when required. By using DashBreeze and providing your personal information, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence.
