This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using Dashbreeze, you agree to this policy.
We never sell your data. We don't use it for ads or marketing. We only collect data from people who register for Dashbreeze.
Identity & access
When you sign up, we collect your name and email address. We may also invite you to take optional surveys about how you use Dashbreeze.
We never sell this information. We won’t use your name or company in marketing without your permission.
Billing information
When you sign up for a paid plan, we ask for your payment details and billing address. Your card details go straight to our secure payment processor. They never touch Dashbreeze's servers.
User interactions
We store the content you upload or create in your account on our servers. This lets you use our product. We keep this content while your account stays active.
Device interactions
With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how you use our site. This includes your browser, operating system, IP address, and the pages you visit. Microsoft Clarity may also record clicks and scrolling. We always mask sensitive fields like passwords and payment details. We never record them.
User-generated content
When you email us for help, we keep that conversation, including your email address. We also store any feedback or survey answers you choose to share, so we can improve our product.
We use your personal data for these purposes:
Service delivery
We use your data to provide, run, and improve our service.
Research & development
We use your data to research and improve our product. We may combine and anonymize this data so it can’t identify you.
Direct marketing
We may email you about similar products or services we offer. We may share some of your data with our marketing partners for this purpose. You can unsubscribe anytime for free — just click the link in the email or contact hi@dashbreeze.com.
Compliance
We use your data to follow the law and respond to legal requests, such as subpoenas or requests from government authorities.
Performance of a contract
We process your data to create your account, verify your identity, run Dashbreeze features, process payments, sync your connected services, and deliver what you ask for.
Legitimate interests
We process some data to keep our platform secure and reliable, prevent fraud, improve our service, answer support requests, and share product updates. We always balance this against your privacy rights.
Consent
When the law requires it, we ask for your consent first — for example, before sending marketing emails or using optional tools. You can withdraw consent at any time. This won’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Legal obligations
We process data when the law requires it — for example, to meet tax, accounting, or reporting rules, or to respond to public authorities.
You can ask what personal data we collect, use, and share.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This won’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
You can ask us to delete your data, including from our service providers. Note: this may limit your ability to use Dashbreeze.
You can request a copy of your data and transfer it to another provider.
You can opt out of marketing emails using the link at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us.
You can file a complaint with a data protection authority if you think we’ve violated your privacy rights.
We never charge you more or give you a worse deal for using these rights.

Dashbreeze offers optional Google integrations. They help you sign in and build dashboards from your own data. We only use them when you choose to connect your Google account. We only ask for the permissions we need.
Google Sign-In
You can sign in with Google. We receive your name, email, and profile information to create your account. We use this only to log you in, keep your account secure, and link it to your workspaces. We don’t access Google Drive, Sheets, Analytics, or other Google services unless you connect them separately.
Google Sheets
When you connect Google Sheets, we only access the spreadsheets you choose. We only read this data to build your dashboards. We never create, edit, or delete your spreadsheets.
Google Analytics
When you connect Google Analytics, we only access the accounts you authorize. We only read this data to build your dashboards. We never write, edit, or delete your Analytics data.
Our use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use rules. We only use Google data to provide the features you request. We never sell it or use it for ads.
We only keep your personal data as long as we need it — to provide our service, follow the law, resolve disputes, and keep our platform secure.
We keep your account information while your account is active. We may keep it a bit longer after deletion if the law requires it, or to prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
We keep your dashboards, files, and connected data while your workspace is active. When you delete your account or workspace, we take reasonable steps to remove or anonymize this data.
Deleted data may stay in backups for a short time due to technical limits. We only use backups for restoring service, security, and continuity — never for anything else.
We may keep some records longer — like billing information and security logs — when the law requires it or for legitimate business reasons.
