Reporting features

Everything you need to build, explore, and share a report

Metrics and calculations

Create KPI cards using sums, averages, counts, distinct counts, minimums, and maximums—with filters for the exact result you need.

Data transformations

Filter and sort rows, rename or remove columns, change data types, replace values, add computed columns, and join tables without changing the original source.

Dashboard building blocks

Combine KPI cards, charts, gauges, tables, filters, text, images, and embeds in one dashboard. Drag and resize each block to build the layout.

Complete customization

Interactive reporting

Add dashboard filters and sortable, filterable tables so viewers can explore the records and focus on the segments relevant to them.

Publishing and sharing

Share a public link, protect a dashboard with a password, invite specific people by email, or embed the published dashboard in a website or app.

How it works

How to create a Airtable dashboard

Connect once, choose the data that matters, and turn it into a report people can understand at a glance.

  1. 1

    Create a dashboard

Start a blank dashboard or choose a template for the report you want to build.

  2. 2

    Connect Airtable and create tables

Sign in to Airtable, choose a base, and import one or more of its tables for reporting.

  3. 3

    Configure the update frequency

Choose manual updates or set an automatic schedule for each imported Airtable table.

  4. 4

    Connect tables to dashboard blocks

Use your Airtable tables in KPI cards, charts, gauges, detailed tables, and filters. Add tables from other sources to the same dashboard when needed.

  5. 5

    Customize and share

Arrange the layout, customize the design, and publish through a public or password-protected link, an email invitation, or an embed.

Questions?

Airtable dashboard FAQ

Everything you need to know before connecting and sharing your data.

What is an Airtable base?
A base is a container for related tables. Select a base first, then choose one or more tables inside it — each becomes a separate Dashbreeze table.
Is the Airtable connection read-only?
Yes. Dashbreeze reads data from the bases and tables you authorize. It does not edit or delete Airtable records.
Are linked records and formula fields supported?
Yes. Linked records, formulas, and other Airtable field types are imported as the values available through Airtable's API.
How do I keep an Airtable dashboard updated?
Open the imported table and use Sync Data for an immediate refresh, or enable automatic updates and choose a schedule.
Can I import multiple Airtable tables?
Yes. Select one or more tables from a base during setup, and combine them on the same dashboard.
Can I combine Airtable with other data sources?
Yes. Combine Airtable with Google Sheets, Notion, databases, and other supported sources on the same dashboard.
Do viewers need a Dashbreeze account?
No. Share a public or password-protected link, and viewers can open the dashboard in their browser without a Dashbreeze account or access to your Airtable base.
