Managing Integrations

Managing Integrations - Add, review, reconnect, and secure your data source integrations.

Add, review, reconnect, and secure your data source integrations.

An integration is an account or database connection you have saved in Dashbreeze. It lets you create tables without entering the same connection details every time. On the Integrations page, you can find saved connections, see when they were last updated, and manage them.

Important:Each integration belongs to one workspace. Changes to a connection can affect every table that uses it.

Where do you manage integrations?

Open Integrations from the workspace sidebar. You can search by connection name or filter the list by data source. If a connection is missing, check that you are in the workspace where it was added.

How do you add an integration?

Follow the setup guide for the data source you want to connect:

After you complete the connection process, the saved integration appears on the Integrations page.

What can you do with a saved integration?

  • Connection Info: select the information icon to see who created the connection, when it was created, and how many tables were created with it.
  • Rename: give the connection a name that is easy for your team to recognize.
  • Reconnect: sign in to a connected account again, or edit the saved credentials or API key for another type of connection.
  • Create Table: create another table using the saved connection.
  • Disconnect: remove the saved connection from the workspace.

How do you reconnect an integration?

  1. Open Integrations.
  2. Find the connection you want to update.
  3. Open its action menu and choose Reconnect.
  • Connected accounts: sign in again and choose which data Dashbreeze can access.
  • Database connections and API keys: edit the saved connection details or key, then confirm your changes.

Tables that use the integration can continue updating after the connection is restored.

  • Review the list regularly and disconnect unused accounts.
  • Do not put passwords, database details, or secret keys in table cells, dashboards, or descriptions.
